Doctor Glynn Lloyd is the engineer behind the system, Glynn is MEng and PhD educated in electronics, software and photonics. He has over 20 years of product development experience within a variety of fields, but all related to gathering essential data within extremely challenging environments. These fields include, the oil and gas industry, motor sports and wind energy.

Paul Brotherton is a sailor and a coach, having won medals at the 470, 49er and 505 Worlds. Paul is a past 49er European Champion and 470 Olympian. He has 20 years of coaching experience and was Sarah Ayton, Sarah Webb and Pippa Wilson’s coach when they won their European, World and Olympic Championships.
